How quickly will my finance application be processed? If your online application is received between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank &#038; Public holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, or 10am and 5pm on Sunday then in the majority of cases you will receive a decision quickly. If you submit your application outside of these hours, then it is most likely that you will receive a response the next working day. We will send you an email to confirm the status of your application as soon as we&#8217;ve processed it. If my application is approved, what happens next? Within minutes of your application being approved, you will be presented with the options to either e-sign or print and return your finance agreement. If you choose to e-sign your agreement, a PDF of your agreement will be displayed on screen. You should read the agreement carefully before clicking all the relevant sections agreeing to its terms. Once you have agreed to the terms of the finance agreement PCSpecialist will be notified and you need do nothing more. If you choose to print and return your agreement you should print the agreement, read it carefully and then sign the document following the instructions on the covering letter. This signed document should then be posted to the address shown on the covering letter of the finance agreement. Note that your order will not be processed until your completed and signed agreement is returned and received by Novuna Personal Finance. If my application is declined, what happens next and what are the possible reasons? If your application is declined your deferred payment will be aborted. An immediate notification will be sent to your card issuer but unfortunately some banks may keep a shadow on your account for up to 1 week. If you wish to proceed with your order by another payment method, you can do so by logging in to your account and following the options available to you. There are various reasons why your application may have been rejected. I have submitted my application to the finance company, but my order has not yet been processed? Occasionally an application for finance might be referred for additional checks. As soon as the finance company has provided a decision to us we will process your order (if the application is accepted) and send you an email advising you of the status of your application. The process is fully automated. I have changed my mind and no longer wish to proceed with an order by finance.
